Organizational Assessment
Organizational Assessments are powerful tools for identifying an organization’s strengths and areas in need of improvement. They are the critical starting point for initiating any type of organizational change. My Organizational Assessment will sift through the “symptoms” and identify the actual issues that need to be resolved in order to move your company forward.
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Supervision
Here at APCS, we take a holistic approach. During clinical supervision, a trainee provider meets with a LICSW provider to discuss cases, treatment strategies, and other important topics. Daily work with distraught people can be inherently distressing, so a key aspect of clinical supervision is often helping therapists learn to compartmentalize their own emotions and practice better self-care.
Organizational Intervention
Organizational Development (OD) Interventions are structured programs designed to solve a problem, thus enabling an organization to achieve the goal. These intervention activities are designed to improve the organization's functioning and enable managers and leaders to better manage their team and organization cultures.
Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that can help people understand the issues contributing to their difficulties, identify the strengths they can draw on, and develop more effective strategies to cope with stressful situations and achieve their goals. At APCS we take it a step further and look at the whole person.
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching provides a confidential and supportive sounding board for their clients. I ask questions, challenge assumptions, help achieve clarity, provide resources, and yes, sometimes, with permission, provide advice. I administer and help interpret 360-degree and behavioral assessments, conduct confidential interviews to help a client gain self-awareness, and establish developmental goals.
Soft Skill Management Training
Soft skills focus on who people are, as opposed to what they are trained in. They serve to represent your approach to life and work. Simply put, soft skills are interpersonal skills hardwired to an individual’s personality, and they characterize how you interact with other people in the workplace. Here at APC we’ve created a Soft Skill Management Training to help individuals progress within their field, lead others effectively, and improve the overall work environment.
Leadership Development
Coach individuals to improve their abilities to lead and manage. Instill the value of innovative leadership within the department. Teach interpersonal skills to help leaders resolve and mediate conflict, as well as help leaders navigate professional spaces.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee
Many diversity committees are being created across the organizations to prioritize an inclusive working environment, identify systemic departmental inequities, and enhance the overall competency of staff and clients that they serve. We’ve created the structure to get your DEI Committee started and help make it sustainable.
